The fine print

The rules of the Aichtal Juggling Convention are:

  1. Event organizer and contractual partner

The event organizer is Jonglieren in Aichtal e.V., based in Aichtal. The event organizer is also the contractual partner.

  1. Acceptance of terms / Beginning of Contract
  • By purchasing a ticket from the event organizer’s online shop, you agree to these terms. After payment, the participant will receive an e-ticket and the corresponding invoice from the event organizers by email.
  • Advance payment is possible via direct transfer from the participant and must be received in the association’s account by the day before the juggling convention. If payment has not been received in the association's account by this deadline, payment must be made again on site. Any double payments will be refunded after the juggling convention.
  • When registering on site at the juggling convention, only cash payments are possible at the event organisers' ticket offices  on the event grounds.
  1. Data storage
  • During the preregistration process, the participant's name, address, and email address will be stored for the purpose of preregistering for the juggling convention.

  • The badge can only be issued if the participant has signed the liability waiver in person or agreed to it online.
  • Children and young people under the age of 16 will only be given a badge upon presentation of a written declaration of consent from their legal guardians. The form “Declaration of consent for participants under the age of 16” must be used for this purpose. Children and young people under the age of 16 are not allowed on the event grounds without a legal guardian or authorized adult supervisor.
